Yamaha MT-10 SP 2022: the essential information 

The MT-10 SP has been fitted with the new generation of Öhlins electronically controlled suspension, which uses new valve damping technology. This advanced technology offers a greater variety of damping settings and a higher level of response. The rider can adjust the suspensions by accessing the ERS menu in the TRC settings. The ERS menu offers three semi-active damping modes (A-1, A-2 and A-3) as well as three manual settings (M-1, M-2 and M-3). When one of the automatic modes is selected, the system adjusts the rebound and compression damping to match the prevailing conditions. Changes are made to ensure the settings are appropriate at all times.

 

A-1 mode is a sport mode designed to provide confidence and feedback in corners and on back roads, with a high degree of front and rear feel. Good chassis stability during acceleration and braking. The A-2 is ideal for driving on the highway. The A-3 is designed for rides on the handlebars, with an emphasis on comfort and stability.
