Goodyear tires without air will be used to walk on the moon

Air-free Goodyear tires will be provided to be used in a new flight for a space probe that will land on the moon as part of a space flight. Goodyear is currently working on developing airless tires that will be used by the Project Artemis lunar probe, to be produced in cooperation with Lockheed Martin and General Motors. Goodyear develops these airless tires and provides concept testing for their own Lunar Soil Labs. The final design of Goodyear Airless tires should be able to operate for years on the harsh, cratered surface of the Moon, plus temperatures there can range from as low as -250 Fahrenheit degrees at night to more than 250 degrees Fahrenheit during the day. “Everything we learn from making tires for the extremely challenging operating environment on the Moon will help us make Goodyear airless tires better for vehicles that run on Earth,” said Chris Hillsell, senior vice president of global operations and chief technology officer at Goodyear. Out of the know Goodyear previously contributed parts to the Apollo 11 mission in 1969, providing components like the window frame for the command module, the instrument panel, and capsule buoyancy bags to support the capsule's fall into the ocean. Lunar Rovers were part of the travel to the Moon during missions; Apollo 15, Apollo 16, and Apollo 17 traveled only a few miles from the landing site, but they gave astronauts a faster way to get around. By comparison, the new rover from Lockheed Martin and General Motors is supposed to travel farther within several years of service, and Lockheed intends to market the vehicle by making it available to commercial companies and other space agencies that want to travel to the moon. So far, we've only seen General Motors' design of the Lunar Terrain, and it shows a minimalist design vehicle with a flat bottom section and a round collar with light. There's room for two plus a large cargo box in the back. space or go to where astronauts need to travel on board. The Artemis project aims to move humans on the moon, we still have several years ahead because the plan is to start testing the self-driving vehicle, and gradually work to put people on the moon, and SpaceX, founded by Elon Musk, president of the Tesla car company development of the probe for this project. In this news, we talked about the Goodyear tires without air that will be used to walk on the surface of the moon.
