According to what was published by Car News China, it appears that this Chinese SUV will combine the work of a 1.5-liter turbo engine that generates 139 hp alone, and gets additional support from an electric motor on the front axle with a power of 197 hp, and there is a third electric motor located on the car. The rear axle produces 204 horsepower. No performance specifications have been released for the new Chinese BYD, but it will have a lithium-ion battery pack of 9.9 kWh or 18.3 kWh, which enables the SUV model to travel 46 km or 71 km respectively depending on on electric power The newest BYD cars come with a unique exterior design to say the least, which immediately makes it stand out from other SUVs on the market, with an oval front grille that includes LED lights instead of the frame, and located above this grille sideways LED headlights thin. From the sides, we note that this BYD SUV hybrid comes with pop-up door handles inside the body that pop out when the car is opened, and the body has black accents across the side panels and wheel arches, and it comes with 20-inch wheels (available as standard with 19-inch wheels). These bold looks run through the rear of the SUV with twin spoilers extending from the roof, LED taillights with intricate signature lighting and stripe, and a black bumper with a large license plate opening. The price of the new Chinese BYD is expected to start at about 250,000 Chinese yuan, equivalent to 36,440 US dollars
